Ms. ZENG has been deeply involved in the field of labor and personnel legal services for nearly 10 years and is one of the professional labor lawyers in the market with both corporate work experience and overseas HR compliance experience. As a professional labor law lawyer who has always focused on the field of labor and personnel, Ms. ZENG is not only good at handling labor dispute arbitration litigation, but also good at handling non litigation labor and personnel legal services. So far, she has provided labor legal services to more than 100 well-known enterprises. Most of the service enterprises are state-owned enterprises, top 500 enterprises in the world and domestic emerging Internet customers, covering energy, securities, finance, aviation, insurance, medical care, communications, FMCG, Internet, technology, automobile, entertainment and other industries.
Ms. ZENG's main service scope includes but is not limited to:

(3)assisting clients in handling potential disputes related to trade secrets and non-compete restrictions related to employees, including assisting in investigations and providing solutions based on the investigation results;
(4) providing labor law due diligence in transactions such as equity transfer, asset sale, restructuring, and enterprise closure, designing employee placement and compensation plans that match the transaction plan, and guiding and assisting in implementation;
(5)developing social plans for layoffs, personnel placement, or optimization in enterprises;
(6)assisting clients in reviewing and modifying employee stock incentive plans and related legal documents, and assisting in resolving potential disputes;
(7) assisting in handling disputes related to the termination of management personnel and providing opinions and suggestions;
(8)assisting clients in establishing and improving enterprise labor and personnel systems and employment documents;
(9)participating in the investigation of employee misconduct and providing legal advice on handling employees who violate discipline;
(10)providing legal consultation and advice on labor and personnel issues encountered in the daily operation of enterprises.
Before joining Yingli Law Firm, Ms. ZENG worked as a professional labor law lawyer in Zhonglun Law Firm and Fangda Partners and worked in Global HR Compliance team in ByteDance (Tiktok) Group. Ms. ZENG has obtained the qualification of Senior Corporate Compliance Officer.
