Mr.Xia has represented numerous startups, growing companies, and well-known private equity investment institutions in completing multiple equity investment/financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other transaction projects. He has extensive experience in handling equity and debt investment/financing, transaction structure design and restructuring, redemption and compliance, real estate mergers and acquisitions, etc., covering fields including but not limited to semiconductors, chips, robotics, real estate, etc. In addition, Mr.Xia has assisted many well-known enterprises in handling their equity financing, capital operations, structural design and restructuring, and general legal affairs.
Before joining Yenlex Partners, Mr. Xia had worked in several well-known law firms such as Tongshang Law Firm and Lifeng Partners.

• Represented a semiconductor startup in completing multiple rounds of equity financing and asset acquisitions of third-party companies in various transactions.
• Represented a startup in completing multiple rounds of equity financing and convertible debt financing, and provided legal advice on its equity structure and financing plan.
• Represented a semiconductor startup in completing multiple rounds of equity financing, and provided legal services and consulting for its overseas subsidiary acquisition, including overseas structure design and drafting of control agreements.
• Represented a startup in establishing an overseas VIE structure and completing overseas equity financing, and provided legal advice on its overseas business layout.
• Represented HUA Capital in completing its angel investment in a chip design startup.
• Represented CTC Capital in completing its angel investment in a semiconductor startup.
• Represented Oriza in completing its investment in a technology startup.
• Represented Boyu Capital in completing the acquisition of a logistics real estate in China and provided legal advice on its cross-border acquisition transaction plan.
• Represented GLP in completing several industrial/logistics real estate listing and transfer projects, dozens of domestic industrial/logistics real estate equity acquisition or asset acquisition projects, and several industrial/logistics land auction acquisition projects, and provided legal services for its investment in several data center projects in China.
• Provided daily and comprehensive legal services for several growing enterprises, real estate companies, and foreign-invested enterprises, and provided legal advice on matters such as business contract review and drafting, and internal compliance.
