Mr. Dai represented many well-known private investment funds and strategic investors in over a hundred of their domestic and offshore equity investments in and exits from portfolio enterprises, involving areas such as new energies, health care, core technology, etc. Mr. Dai also assisted numerous startup companies with onshore and cross-border M&A, corporate restructuring, employee stock option plan and other general legal matters. Besides, he has extensive experiences in the raising of RMB and USD investments funds.
Before joining Yenlex Partners, Mr. Dai was a partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng and before that, he worked at Han Kun Law Offices for many years.

• Represented Miracle Plus in handling its investment in dozens of startups participating its MiraclePlus Accelerator
• Represented Sinopec Capital in its strategic investment in Zhejiang Rein Gas Equipment Co., Ltd.
• Advised Secoo as its PRC counsel on its multiple rounds of private equity financing and its listing on the NASDAQ
• Advised Huagai Capital on its raising of the first RMB structured continuation fund in China and the acquisition of several portfolios in healthcare sector by such fund
• Advised Yihaodian, a well-known e-commerce platform, in the establishment of the first Sino-foreign value-added telecom enterprise in Shanghai Free Trade Zone
