Ms. Guo is certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals as the Financial Risk Manager, which demonstrated the leading knowledge and proficiency in the financial risk management. She has rich legal service experience in the field of domestic and cross-border investment and financing, M&A. Her clients include numerous famous domestic and foreign private equity funds, FoFs, conglomerates and companies in different development stages. She can provide legal services for various projects including but not limited to fund financing and filing, equity investment, post investment dispute, investment exit, domestic and cross-border M&A, strategic cooperation, overseas investment, etc.
Before joining Yenlex Partners, Ms. Guo has served as the legal director of China Yintai Group, Infinity Group and an investment group of a central state-owned enterprise, and has rich experience in corporate legal and compliance management. Before that, Ms. Guo worked as an auditor in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and as a lawyer at Jiayuan Law Firm and JunHe law Office.
