Yenlex Assists UISEE, an Intelligent Driving Platform; Carrying out Large Fund Financing from its Angel Round

Beijing - Since the financing of its Angel round, UISEE, (www.uisee.com/en) a provider of the autonomous driving solution, has received a number of investments from VCs, PEs and local strategic emerging industry funds based on its advanced corporate philosophy, high-quality technology foundation and excellent corporate culture.

From the Angel round onwards, Yenlex, a market-leading law firm based in the People’s Republic of China, on behalf of UISEE, fully participated in designing transaction structure, drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents as well as transaction closing.

Founded in 2016, UISEE has developed several autonomous driving solutions for the travel & logistics industries, based on its core technology U-Drive intellectual driving platform.

Its solutions include AI algorithms, intelligent driving controllers, cloud-based driverless service platforms, intellectual driving simulation systems and other modules. UISEE (www.uisee.com/en) has currently commercialized  self-driving vehicles in logistics, self-driving passenger cars and uncrewed micro-bus.
