Since he started his career in 2006, Mr. Zhu has advised a lot of administrative departments, multinationals, state-owned enterprises, listed companies, financial institutions, etc., including, among others, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, National Immigration Administration, China Development Bank, Orient Asset, North Industries Group, Capital Group, Capital Highway Group, China Communications Group, Perfect World, China Resource and Environment, 58.com, Legend Capital, CYTS, CITIC Trust, Zhongrong Trust, Taiwan Uni-President Group, Airbus, Audi, General Electric, AES Corporation, Electricite De France, Gaz de France, Panasonic, etc. He is also a member of the Legal Expert Advisory Team of China Communications and Transportation Association. The JV project between NORINCO (represented by him) and ARAMCO won the "Belt and Road Compliance Road" Outstanding Legal Service Case Award.

Before joining Yenlex Partners, Mr. Zhu worked at King & Wood Mallesons, JunHe Law Offices and Zhong Lun W&D Law Firm. He served as the director of Interlaw from 2018 to 2022.

• Advised Shaanxi Qinling Cement (Group) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600217) for its reorganization with China Renewable Resources Development Co., Ltd.;
• Advised China Resource and Environment for a number of major asset restructuring and non-public issuance of shares project;
• Advised Harbin Jiuzhou Group for its major asset restructuring project;
• Advised Zheda Lande Scitech Limited for the H-share issuance project;
• Advised China Development Bank in providing financing legal services for iron ore mining and processing project of CITIC Group in Australia;
• Advised Gentherm, a U.S.-listed company, for its acquisition of a domestic medical device company;
• Advised Gentherm, a U.S.-listed company, for its acquisition of the German Alfmeier Group;
• Advised Legend Capital for a number of internet projects;
• Advised 58.com for various internet investment projects;
• Advised a domestic listed company for its acquisition of equity in a life insurance company;
• Advised Gaz de France (GDF) for its acquisition of a number of natural gas companies in China;
• Advised Huajin Group, a subsidiary of North Industries Group, for its negotiation of a petrochemical joint venture project with Saudi Aramco;
• Advised Panasonic for its acquisition of Spainish Ficosa Group in the merger filing in China;
• Advised the largest creditor in the bankruptcy reorganization project of a listed company;
• Advised a state-owned enterprise for its out-of-court debt restructuring;
• Represented a state-owned enterprise in Shaanxi Province in the appealing procedure of a property damage compensation dispute heard by the Supreme People's Court;
• Represented a state-owned enterprise in Inner Mongolia in a sales contract dispute case against a U.S. enterprise that was heard by the Supreme People's Court, successfully helped the client initiate a retrial, and helped the client remand the case for retrial and ultimately won the case;
• Represented a large real estate development enterprise in Jiangxi Province and its actual controller in a retrial case of a joint venture and cooperative development real estate dispute heard by the Supreme People's Court (Third Circuit) and won the case;
• Represented an investor in the second-instance case of a dispute over the right to use sea areas against an enterprise heard by Tianjin High People's Court and won the case;
• Represented a German enterprise in the second-instance case of a dispute over the dissolution of a foreign company against a private enterprise in Shandong heard by the Shandong High People's Court.
