Ms. Chang advised on several U.S., HK and PRC listing projects acting as has acted as the PRC counsel for issuers/sponsors/underwriters, which involving the areas of biopharmaceutical production, real estate, property management, supply chain finance and education. Ms. Chang also assisted several investment institutions and private equity funds to handle investment or the establishment/exit/repurchase of those funds, as well as several enterprises in handling equity financing. In addition, Ms. Chang provided legal services for several enterprises in issuing foreign/domestic bonds. Ms. Chang has been selected as one of the member of the talent pool for foreign-related lawyers of Beijing Lawyers Association.

• Acted as the issuer's PRC legal counsel in Gyre Therapeutics NASDAQ listing (first reverse merger case to complete CSRC filing)
• Acted as the issuer's PRC legal counsel in Lixiang (Lotus) Education NASDAQ listing and its private placement (including CSRC filing)
• Acted as the issuer's PRC legal counsel in Mech Piping (1553.HK) HK Main Board listing
• Acted as the sponsor/underwriter's PRC legal counsel in Radiance Holding (9993.HK) HK Main Board listing
• Acted as the sponsor/underwriter's PRC legal counsel in Jinke Service (9666.HK) HK Main Board listing
• Acted for Hudson Capital, Inc. (HUSN), a NASDAQ listed company, in its merger with its subsidiary
• Provided legal services for establishment/exit/repurchase projects of dozens of private funds of Minsheng Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.
• Provided legal services for Peak Valley Capital's investment in enterprises in such industries as innovative medicines, smart toilet lid, light luxury jewelry, smart big data, Bluetooth chip, etc.
• Provided legal services for Poly Real Estate Group, Jinhui Group, Jinke Real Estate Group, Rongsheng Development Group and various of state-owned enterprises' overseas issuance of bonds (including direct issuance, overseas loans under domestic guarantee, and keepwell agreement)
