Before his practice as a lawyer, Mr. Ma worked at a certain national ministry for a long time, engaging in the enforcement of administrative law and the discipline inspection and supervision. He has handled a large number of duty crimes and has rich experience in handling relevant cases. Provided comprehensive services for criminal compliance of a great quantity of corporations and enterprises, and handled a large number of economic, financial, and duty crime cases, all of which achieved good results.
Mr. Ma is also a council member of the Beijing Internet Association for the Mediation of Internet Contradiction and Dispute and the Evaluation of Internet Ambience.
Prior to joining Yenlex Partners, Mr. Ma worked at a well-known law firm.

• Serving as the legal consultant for several agencies, enterprises and institutions including National Immigration Administration (Entry-Exit Administration of the PRC), China International Cultural Exchange Center’s "One Belt One Road" Financial Cooperation Research Institute, etc.
• Provided legal services for the internal anti-corruption investigation of a technology group corporation
• Provided legal services for company compliance and internal investigations of a company limited by shares
• Acting for 21 persons including the legal representative of a real estate company , who were suspected of organizing and leading to participate in a gang organization
• Acting for the general manager of a technology company province who was suspected of illegal operation for providing fund payment and settlement services for cross-border gambling
• Acting for a natural person to sue another natural person for gambling and false accusation
• Acting for a Chinese-foreign joint venture on the equity disputes and disputes over the replacement of legal representatives
